Booking Terms and Conditions
We require a £150 security deposit within 5 days of booking. The balance to be paid 2 months before departure. The £150 security/breakage/extras deposit is returned within 14 days of the end of your visit once my agent has inspected the property. Once the final cheque has cleared keys will either be sent to you or you may collect them from my local agent.
